Unread Mail

There is a quick way to check all of your Unread Mail, even the messages you have flagged for routing to a particular folder. This feature is great if you have many unread e-mails.

Open Outlook Program
Go to the bottom of the Folder List
If the Folder List does not display, Click Go To / Folder List
Click the Search Folders
You will have one to several folders listed
Click Unread Mail

The following is based on Outlook 2007:

Notice how the Viewing pane is slightly different from the Inbox. There is a new tab In Folder

Delete e-mails as needed. They are automatically deleted from the original folder.
