Customizing Toolbars Office 2000 and XP allow great flexibility in customizing the menu options on each toolbar. Standard Toolbar At the end of the toolbar, there is a black diamond; click this button Click A long list of menus will display. For purposes of brevity, only part of the list has been copied:
This list was customized to my specifications: The Show All paragraph mark was removed After you have customized the table, click anywhere outside the table to save the settings.
