Customizing Toolbars Office 2000 and XP allow great flexibility in customizing the menu options on each toolbar. Standard Toolbar At the end of the toolbar, there is a black diamond; click this button Click A long list of menus will display. For purposes of brevity, only part of the list has been copied:
This list was customized to my specifications: The Show All paragraph mark was removed After you have customized the table, click anywhere outside the table to save the settings. Do not click Reset Toolbar. This option resets all the default options. Formatting Toolbar Click the black diamond at the end of the toolbar
