It is possible to hide columns when they are not needed.

Example: You want to print only sections of the database. Hide the columns you do not want printed.

Highlight the columns you want to hide in this case Spouse Name

Click Format
Click Hide Columns

The column is now hidden

Unhide Unhide the column

A pop-up menu will display all the column headings
Click on the Spouse Name to reinsert the heading into the table
Click Close
The original Table is restored
